Who We Are
Airport Integrated Services (AIS) is a team of dedicated, experienced professionals who are passionate about delivering excellence in airport infrastructure, high-voltage projects, defence and the wider infrastructure environment. Our rich heritage stretches back to William Steward & Co, where many of our team members – now industry leaders – began their careers as apprentices.

Airport Integrated Services (AIS) is built on a legacy of excellence, tracing its roots back over 50 years to the foundations laid by William Steward. Many of our senior team members began their careers as apprentices at William Steward & Co, growing alongside its evolution through mergers, acquisitions, and strategic expansions.
As a specialist electrical contractor, we have expanded into a leader in airport infrastructure, high-voltage airfield works, and defence projects. Our journey has been marked by milestones such as:
1970–1999
Establishing core expertise in electrical and infrastructure, serving aviation and defence clients, under William Steward.
2000-2014
Becoming an employee-owned business, under Inviron.
2014-2024
Part of the Levertech Group of companies.
2024-To Date
Operating under Airport Integrated Services (AIS).

A massive congratulations to all involved with the successful isolation and diversion works of ACOP01 yesterday. This was a massive undertaking which involved months of planning, complex isolations, shutdown works, and a very high risk operation to maintain services to the critical C200 IT service room.
Just a short note to thank you for your continued efforts across the Defence Estate for VINCI and to congratulate you on your successful Supplier Award nomination and shortlisting. Being selected in this way in testament to the service you are providing and the way we work together.
It’s a great achievement and opens the door to the vital new works, and also allows the removal of the existing generator and tank in the East service yard. The existing ACOP was in poor condition so already we have reduced risk to the airport. Thanks so much to all involved.
