The Challenge
Project was originally envisaged as a single phase of works including 4 toilet blocks, 2 airside and 2 landside. During design development it changed to a 4 phase project stretching over 2 years. Given all services are shared this created sequencing challenges.
Our Approach
Our approach is to work cross discipline to identify what works are cross phase and how best to sequence them.
Results & Impact
The project is ongoing but phase 1 is progressing well and we have completed some works that will enable subsequent works to progress with reduced operational impact.
